This basement bathroom got a complete farmhouse makeover!  The homeowner wanted a fresh and spa-like feel, and we delivered. We demoed the old bathroom and started fresh. For the shower, we created a truly unique experience. The floor features river rock interlocking tile – it feels amazing underfoot and creates a calming, natural pebble look, like you're standing right in a riverbed. The shower walls surround you in calming subway tile, but with a modern twist – we installed them in a vertical staggered brick pattern. Outside the shower, we continued the farmhouse vibe with rustic wood-look tile flooring throughout the bathroom. The vanity is a classic farmhouse style, perfect for storage and function. To maximize space, we opted for a simple recessed medicine cabinet. But the details make the design!  We found some amazing mason jar sconces that add a touch of vintage farmhouse charm and great lighting.  For increased functionality, we built a linen closet to keep towels and toiletries tucked away. And the homeowner will love relaxing on the new bamboo shower bench after a long day. This remodel is a great example of how you can combine classic farmhouse elements with modern touches to create a unique and spa-inspired bathroom retreat.
