Don't let the stress of an empty home keep you up at night - let us take care of it! We’ll do a thorough inside and outside house check of your property while it’s being unoccupied. As well incident checks such as before or after storms, weather events, power outage etc. We have electricians, plumbers and handymen on staff in the event there is an urgent issue which means no calling or waiting for a contractor. We'll keep an eye out for leaks, pests and ensure your vacant property is well-maintained with our comprehensive home watch services. After each visit we'll send you a detailed report and we'll identify and address potential issues, providing you with peace of mind. We offer weekly, bi/weekly or monthly services starting at $150/monthly house check.

Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarms: Test the alarms to ensure they are working.

Water Leaks: Inspect for any visible signs of water leaks, such as damp spots or musty odors. We will take immediate measures to secure the property and prevent further damage.
Plumbing: Run water in sinks and baths, and check under sinks for leaks. Flush toilets and run the garbage disposal.
Food Storage: Check for open bags of food that could attract pests.
Appliances: Inspect appliances, including the refrigerator, freezer, beverage coolers, and other appliances.
Lights and Fans: Ensure all lights and fans are working properly.
Electrical Service Panel: Check for tripped breakers or other issues.
Water Heater: Verify that the water heater is functioning as expected.
Heating and Cooling Systems: Ensure the heating system and air conditioner are working properly.
Air Filters: Inspect and replace air filters as needed.
Timers: Check the timers on lights or other devices.
Document any Incidents: We will document all relevant details of any incidents, including a timeline of events, photos, and any other pertinent information.

Landscaping: Look for any obvious issues, such as dead plants, weeds, or overgrown areas.
Siding, Roof, and Gutters: Perform a visual inspection for signs of wear, damage, or leaks.
Pest and Rodent Damage: Check for evidence of pests, including nests, droppings, or gnawed areas.
Fuel Tanks: Check the level of fuel and record the reading.
Exterior Lighting: Ensure all exterior lights are functioning properly.
Pool/Spa: Inspect for any obvious issues, such as leaks, algae, or equipment malfunctions. We will take immediate measures to secure the property and prevent further damage.
Irrigation and Drainage: Check for signs of water pooling, erosion, or drainage problems.
Document any Incidents: We will document all relevant details of any incidents, including a timeline of events, photos, and any other pertinent information.
